What payment methods are accepted?

Currently, transactions are completed through PayStack via Card, Scan to Pay, SnapScan or EFT

How does the QR verification work?

Each transaction generates a unique QR code. The buyer and seller confirms the transaction by scanning this QR code inside their chat on the Amber app. This signals the transaction is complete and pays out the seller.

What if I have a problem with a transaction?

Report any issues through email or phone, any issues will be handles withing 3 business days.
